From my lovely client (you know who you are, Diane). Everyone in my family wants it so I have to hide it. That’s the beauty of promotional items. Everybody wants them. Penny works with our clients to brainstorm and research the type of item, usually imprinted with the client’s logo, within an established quantity and price range. She then sources the item and handles every step of the way from production to fulfillment to shipping, including Fedex numbers so she can track them to ensure delivery. Next, I am hoping to score that nice beach towel. Hint. Hint.
